AuraDeck ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by AuraDeck Studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use the AuraDeck mobile app.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. This information is used solely to identify your account so your purchased theme packs are linked to you and available if you reinstall the app.
AuraDeck requests the RECORD_AUDIO permission for three purposes:

We do not record audio without your knowledge. Audio is never sold or shared with advertisers.
Songs you create in AuraDeck (titles, lyrics, BPM, block structure) are stored locally on your device. This data is not uploaded to our servers.
When you use the AI assistant, your song context (title, current lyrics, selected block) and the text of your messages are sent to our backend server, which forwards them to a third-party AI provider to generate a response. Conversation history is kept in memory for the duration of your session only and is not permanently stored on our servers.
When you purchase a theme pack, a record of your purchase (your Google account identifier and the pack ID) is stored on our backend server so your purchase can be restored if you reinstall the app.
AuraDeck integrates with the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data they process.

When you stream music through Jamendo, your request is sent to Jamendo's servers. Please review their privacy policy for details.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising or behavioral profiling.

We use HTTPS for all communication between the app and our backend. Your Google Sign-In credentials are handled entirely by Google — we never see your Google password.
AuraDeck is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and to request deletion of your account and associated data (theme pack ownership records, Google account association).
To exercise either right, email us at support@auradeckstudio.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.
To delete your on-device data (songs, voice memos), uninstall the app or use the clear data option in Android Settings → Apps → AuraDeck.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
